🚨 FRAUD ALERT – ILLEGAL USE OF RBECO SP. Z O.O. COMPANY DATA
We regret to inform you that the official company data of RBECO Sp. z o.o. (Tax ID: 5170363098, REGON: 180989787, ul. Załęska 106, 35-322 Rzeszów, Poland) has been stolen and unlawfully used by individuals fraudulently impersonating our company.
The impersonators operate via a fraudulent website: rbecospzoo.com, which has no connection whatsoever with our company and is part of a scam operation. They issue fake invoices for products we have never traded — including Nestlé milk powder — as shown in the attached fraudulent document.
In this fake invoice, the following were illegally copied:
- Our full company registration data (name, address, VAT, REGON, KRS),
- Company location in Poland,
- But email address, phone number, and bank account were replaced with fake contact details used by the scammers.
❗️Reported to Law Enforcement
This matter has been officially reported to the public prosecutor’s office and the police in Poland. We are receiving an increasing number of alerts from companies and individuals who have been misled or defrauded.

- We have never issued invoices for food products such as milk powder, and we do not operate foreign bank accounts.
- Do not make any payments to the account numbers or contacts provided on the fraudulent website rbecospzoo.com – this is a scam.
